Classic Contemporary

This ground-up new build was the first in a series of four high-end homes designed for a local investor/builder. Our concept was to create a contemporary design that still felt quirky and warm and like a true home.

French Oak floors helped ground the soaring ceilings in the spacious, light-filled rooms. We designed each vanity as well as the kitchen cabinets which were fabricated by a local cabinet maker who brought our concepts to life with excellent craftsmanship.

Every room was finished with thoughtful details like quality hardware, interesting light fixtures, patterned tile, waterproof plaster in the shower of the primary bathroom, etc., so each space felt fresh, interesting and appealing to the most discerning home buyer.
