Modern Transitional

We worked with John Lambe Construction to remodel this home from subfloor to roof. Over the course of just over a year we transformed the house into a beautiful space with clean lines with a modern-transitional aesthetic.

Our client owned a local catering company so the bar was set high for her personal kitchen. After a lot of planning, it came to life with custom cabinetry, a white plastered vent hood, and amenities like a microwave drawer in the island. The bathrooms were designed to be a perfect melding of modern and traditional (aka: transitional) and to not only please the home owner, but charm the many anticipated house guests.

The dry bar in the dining room cleverly camouflages a wine refrigerator while adding some swanky style and providing overflow serving space for food and drinks.
