Our latest project, Oceanfront Montecito, is a luxurious full remodel featuring elements like custom bleached Rift White Oak doors, waterproof plaster shower walls, a steam shower, heated floors and fireplaces finished in smooth plaster and fluted marble.

Bringing into play both coastal and modern, this home benefited from the exquisite craftsmanship of the dream team at Manzo Construction. With intricate details like brass light switches, herringbone French Oak floors, black-stained feature walls and artistic lighting throughout, this oceanfront project embodies elegance and sophistication.
