Santa Barbara Transitional

This home had great bones, but it was in need of a refresh so the majority of the rooms were gutted and we started from scratch. We began with fresh white walls and new flooring and continued on to remodel the fireplace, kitchen and bathrooms and create a dry bar.

With fresh finishes, the space came alive. We added art, furniture, lighting and accessories and incorporated some of the owners' original pieces, as well. After styling the space, it was truly transformed and we're happy to report the owners were thrilled.
